This year's Molecular Biosciences Orientation Program will be held from August 30 - September 1. Orientation packets will be available for pick-up in our office (Nelson Lab, A202) by August 25.
International students should plan on arriving sometime during the week of August 21. You should have received a packet of information together with your I-20 from admissions. This will include details of the Center for Global Service's orientation program. If you have not received a copy of their schedule for Orientation activities, please be sure to do so while at the Center for International Student Services Office located at 180 College Avenue, New Brunswick, NJ, phone# (848) 932-7015. These orientations are being held throughout the week of August 21. It is very important that you attend one of these orientation sessions.
When you arrive, your first stop should be to check in with the International Student Services Office and to register for one of their employment workshops. The International Student Services office will check your immigration paperwork and provide you with payroll data forms. You'll need to provide us with these data forms for payroll purposes.
For those who will be living in RU housing -- please contact on-campus housing directly to confirm your arrangements and check in times.
