Mechanistic study of cancer prevention with natural and synthetic agents such as triterpenoids, rexinoids, deltanoids, and other chemopreventive agents in cancer cell lines as well as in carcinogen-induced animal models; Molecular mechanism studies targeting inflammatory genes such as inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS), inducible cyclooxygenase (COX-2), and NF-kB in carcinogenesis.
